The clean & healthy shopping list

For a while, I was struggling to find a grocery shopping list that contains everything I might need. It had to be healthy, clean and as diverse as possible for me to create many different dishes. I took my time to make one myself, reading through many books of essential ingredients, vitamins and other nutrients and now I can share it with you!

You don’t need to always have everything from this list on hand! Try to have a few items from each category in your home and you should be just fine. The biggest inspiration I had here was the book “How not to die” by doctor Micheal Greger MD and a mountain of research that he and his team at nutritionfacts.org go through.

This checklist is ideal for the whole food plant based diet, but you can adjust it to your needs!
