Plan Like A Minimalist: 2 Worksheets

No matter if it’s the first of January or the tenth of December, any time you decide to start planning your life is a good time! However, it is not always the easiest thing to stick to a habit, so it’s good to keep things as simple as possible and that’s what I want to help you with.

Based on the guiding principles of minimalism and essentialism, I created a planning system that is not only quick and easy to follow, but also strictly focused on what matters to you and your goals. It will never take you longer than 10 minutes, which makes it an easy habit to stick to and pair with your morning cup of coffee or your evening tea.

To visualize the process for you, I have created 3 minimal worksheets to go through as you are doing this every day – you only need to choose one, print it out, fill it out on the computer or just note the process and follow along in your journal or using some applications like Google Keep & Calendar. The only important thing to note is the system – the rest is up to you.

Have a look at the worksheets to get a feeling for the simplicity of the method and if you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to comment on this post, contact me on Instagram or just have a look at the YouTube video in which I go through and explain how I use this process in my day-to-day life!
